Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please note that all paint class reservations are non-refundable due to the advanced preparation required to host this experience for our guests. We do our best to accommodate individual requests for scheduling changes, but this is not guaranteed. In the event that RONZWORLD must cancel a class, guests will be refunded the amount they paid for the class.
